Starting the fast now

I couldn't start this morning as I had to get some vaccinations so I needed to eat before those, but I am now starting my water fast. I am not sure if I am mentally in the right place at the moment, so we shall see how this goes. All I know is I need to get my control back, because my relationship with food is majorly fucked up and spiraling out of control.
